Manager needed for busy bar and events venue.
Duties will include cashing up, staff training, events planning, booking entertainments and helping to develop this venue which has recently been acquired by an experienced team.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced assistant or general manager, looking to prove themselves in developing this business, with the potential for a strong bonus structure and promotionwith the expansion of the company.
You will be expected to lead from the front, improving standards and operational capabilities, whilst building a strong and friendly team. - you will be encouraged to run this venue as if it were your own.
