About the Job:
* You will play a vital role within all aspects within the HR Department.
* Act as a central point of reference for internal and external queries, ensuring that messages are
recorded and reported on in a timely manner, including contact with staff and managers.
* You will be giving general administrative support to the Team, ensuring telephone and email
enquiries are dealt with to a high professional standard, organising meetings and help with the
preparation of information etc.
* Organise and prioritise commitments of the team, enabling them to work efficiently and effectively.
* To maintain and develop knowledge of the HR training and development issues and other relevant
priorities.
About you:
* You will be motivated individual who has integrity and understands the confidentially issues
associated with human resources.
* A strong administrator, with a love for organisation
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Enjoying working as part of a team.
