Driven & dedicated Qualified Social Worker is needed to start work in a Physical Disabilities team. You will assess clients for a range of services, including residential and nursing care, community and day services and residential and support living services. You will also arrange for respite care to provide clients with an enjoyable and different experience. The right candidate will have at least a year post-qualified experience working within a disabilities team.

Applicants should be GSCC registered with a recent CRB check and experience in this field.
